I'm going to keep this short and sweet. The food is good, reliable Chipotle standard. The lines are incredibly long and slow. I have never been when the line is short. Sometimes, the place is messy. I guess there are so many people in line that the employees are less concernec with keeping the eating area clean. This might explain why not many people eat in.

The two stars I am giving this "5 star taste" restaurant chain stems mostly from the service that I and my coworkers received during our first visit to this location. The staff seemed consumed with filling faxed in orders amidst taking our orders (the customers in line). This resulted in confusion with putting the correct toppings on our orders, etc. We got there a little before 12 and shortly after the line stretched from the counter all the way to the door, with the line slowly creeping along. Service aside, the food was great, and since this is a new location, hopefully, the service will improve in time.

I have never walked out of a Chipotle until I came here. I've been to a lot of different locations, and usually even if there a line it moves quickly. Not here. Despite having a full staff behind the counter, the line simply didn't not move, and people were not getting served. After waiting about five minutes, I walked back out- the line behind me got to move up one spot. I wouldn't bother trying again.

Always slow, not enough employees working. More on break, talking to each other, or eating/drinking in the back. Very disappointing to place order online and still wait beyond scheduled pick up time. Only one person working the register for online and in store. Not trained well on how to manage both.

This chipotle did what was expected. Great food and they completed my order correctly. Sure the lines are long but it was well worth me sitting in line for my food. The end result is the same, good food = happy customer. Rinse and repeat!

Came on a Sunday, and the place wasn't crowded. Actually, there were more workers than customers. So, I am not understanding why there was one young lady preparing the food. I guess it was because the others were standing around talking (I kid you not). As I wait for a cashier (it was only me and another gentleman), a younger guy comed and ring up my order. As I go to get ice, I notice that no ice is falling, so I asked a young lady, "How do I get ice?". She laughs at me as if everyone should know how to get ice. She says just push it! Ok, it isn't working. Then, another male worker comes over, and says "All you have to do is push it". By now, I am frustrated because at 32 years old, I know how to get ice from a fountain machine. The manager comes over, and pushes the ice to prove to me that pushing works. Lo and behold, no ice! "That is what I kept saying. So how may I get some ice?" No reply from the manager ad he walks away. He didn't even offer any apology or compensation. Just a nice turn and walk. Thankfully, the sodas were cool in the fountain. The food was ok. The rice wasn't cooked thoroughly, and the presentation was a little sloppy. I have had much better Chipotle considering that this ny favorite fast food joint. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this location especially since there are many in the area.

This place always has a line and they move it very slowly. All the employees are slow as shit.

Today I ordered online and it wasn't ready at the scheduled time. I like Chopotle a lot...just would like their system to be a bit more efficient at this particular location. By the time my order was actually ready people that came in after me had gone through the line and were leaving. Not cool!

The worst Chipotle ever. Always a stupid long line. They have no organization at all.

This location has bad customer service!!! I will never visit this location again. I placed my order online. 20 mins after my pick up time my order was still not ready.

There is always one issue or another at this location. Today, I get my food home after having a pleasant experience with three little ones (I survived) at 11:30am expecting nice warm and fresh chipotle. Wrong... Cold leftover steak. The leftover part is fine (I'm not that bourgeois), but the fact that it was refrigerator cold absolutely bummed me out. Having had sour cream on top I couldn't put it in the microwave. Sigh. Never a perfect experience, but this is the closest chipotle to me. The staff is good. I noticed great teamwork except for the first girl in the line missed everyone's meat option. When It came to me ordering three replica chicken taco kids meal, everything I said went up in the air and the line was jumbled up trying to correct the chicken part.

You know I find it very difficult to write a negative review about Chipotle, since I love their food so much. This place was just far too packed I believe. The line zigzagged and wrapped around the entire inside of the store, it moved slowly and it seemed every time progress was made people would come in from their car to join someone already in line. I don't want to say it was just a bad experience, the food was great, they were out of carnitas and corn, no big deal that's not what I wanted anyway. Despite the high traffic of people the were clean and efficient as possible under the circumstances. I just didn't like the line of nearly 60 people in front of me. I'd say if you don't mind the wait, which clearly I didn't, it's worth it, just don't expect "fast food".

Slowest chipotle ever. The previous reviews is right on point. Don't come here. It's horrible bruh

  • Skyy N.

Everyone here has an attitude problem I came with four other guest and they had no clue we were together. Chicks rolling eyes when u ask a question and mumbling under their breath behind your back. We asked for steak and chicken bowls and was looked at half crazy when we wanted the fresh steak that was right behind her vs the cold steak that they had tossed other meats in after making a huge to go order before even acknowledging me or the other guest waiting patiently. I've included pictures of the chicks with the horrible customer service.

I wish I could give them zero stars. This is the slowest chipotle ive ever been to. I waited for 30+ mins in line. I'm waiting in line as I speak. The staff move with no urgency and look confused as to where they even are. DO NOT COME HERE

Long lines, bad service and food doesn't taste as good compared to other Chipotle restaurants !

I would avoid this location completely if it wasn't the only chipotle near my work. The first time I went there the line was not even that long and it took about 35 minutes to get my food. Employees carrying on side conversations that were distracting them from doing their jobs. Friends of employees coming in and distracting employees. A shit ton of needy customers that ordered online and came to pick up acting like they are the only people in the store. Slowest service EVER. The second time I went it wasn't as slow. For some reason though I decided to order chips which I never do. Big mistake. They were disgusting and inedible. I was there at 12:15 so they were clearly from the day before or who even knows when . Completely stale and weird aftertaste. The food is good of course because it is chipotle and they give decent sized portions. But they need to work on the employees here. How hard is it to work at chipotle and make fresh chips at the start of the day?

    (2)
  • Greg M.

Skimping on the chips. I mean, if I pay for chips and salsa, I expect to receive more than a handful. The bag was practically empty. Now, I may have looked at is as an oversight, but I had two orders and both were slim pickings. The portions were just wrong. They got to know better than that. The amount of chips would even be insulting for a kids meal. I swear there weren't more than 15 chips in that bag. That's disgraceful!!!

    (1)
  • D W.

They need to have the pick up line in a separate area because it causes confusion with the other customers standing in line waiting to order. That should have its own cash register. No organization or supervision.

    (2)
  • Nila C.

Extremely inconsistent! One day they give me a heap of meat (without me asking for double). The next day, I'll ask for double meat and they'd give me a small spoon full. Taste, overall, is pretty good. The staff always seems disheveled-- overwhelmed and undermanned. Even the food temperature is inconsistent-- on some days, the food is piping hot... On others, the food cold and rice hard. The only thing consistent is the burnt-black fajitas. Coming to this branch is like paying Russian roulette, it's a game of chances. I play from time to time since its a block from my house. Good luck!

STAY AWAY! Horrible service! I've never been to a slow chipotle chain in my life until now. We were in line for over 20 minutes. I thought it was the shortage of food, but it was the staff line itself. Everytime I asked for something, I got something else - example, I asked for one scoop of rice in my bowl and she filled it, then she added peppers, when I never asked for them. Then proceeded to take the peppers out instead of starting over (what if I was allergic?), then they gave me beef instead of chicken and since I DONT eat beef, they had to start over. Oh, and THEN, they switched my bowl with my boyfriends and put the wrong toppings on both and hard to start over AGAIN. Legit, every person on the line just didn't give a damn. I'll never go back to this location. Ever.

If you're a fan of Chipotle, do not eat here! The food is overcooked and the staff is unprofessional and lazy. Twice I have used online ordering only to come and find my order is not correct. I mean, it's written down. How hard can it be? P.S. Long lines, Horrible quality control.

  • Hope L.

I love Chipotle'!! This location is super busy because it is the closest one to a area with many businesses. Be prepared for VERY long lines. I mean out the door kinda lines. I haven't tried the "phone in order" yet because I've heard that's just as bad with being back up because so many people do it so I just get there super early when they first open (11am) and get my food. To my surprise there are actually people sitting in there cars waiting for this place to open. Be sure to be ready to be patient if you go to this location. Otherwise as far as the food it was delicious!!

  • Paul M.

Slowest, dirtiest chipotle I have ever visited. Not to mention the music was so loud it gave me a headache. It's clear that there is no management at this location.

    (1)
  • Ceirra H.

Closest chipotle to me. Great food. However, whenever I order online it is NEVER ready when I get here. They always seem to just try to throw something together when you get here and still end up waiting for 10 min.

  • Yvonne M.

Chipotle never disapoints. This was my first time at this location. The line was long when I walked in but as always they are pretty quick and organized with getting you down the line and out the door. It proves they have a tried and true service guideline no matter what state your in because this was out of town for me but they still met my expectation and provided good service & food like the one at home.

  • Miss P.

I love Chipotle. I think I eat it at least once a week, but and I mean big BUT this place just can't seem to get it right. It just doesn't taste like the normal Chipotle flavor that I am used to. They are missing a drop of salt here, a dash of lime there and whatever else Chipotle puts in their food to keep me coming back. It's almost as if this place is an imitation version of Chipotle. If you love Chipotle as much as I do, do yourself a favor and skip this place. Not to mention their staff is not professional. Like can we not joke around while we fold my burrito please and thank you!!

Thank you for providing me with the most tasteless, bland chicken and steak burrito bowl in the history of Chipotle.

I love Chipotle's the restaurant overall ..at other locations..This location is not is a great spot for one thing and also the lines are RIDICULOUS all day EVERYDAY..I have stopped coming to this location all together..The employees need to clean the tables and eating areas more frequently..Something needs to be done about those long freakin lines..Until it changes I won't be BACK AT ALL...

  • Mr. Restaurant Gu Y.

Location stays packed. One time I ordered online, came to pick up my food late and it still wasn't ready. The location could be a little cleaner. I find the fact of sitting chairs on tables and not wiping them down afterwards is pretty discusting. The staff isn't that friendly but the food is good so they get two stars.

  • Lyndsay H.

While I'm used to long lines at Chipotle, I waited almost 40 minutes in line to get over cooked rice and stale chips. Even the people that ordered online, had to wait for their food to be prepared. I guess the location guarantees they will always have business but this will be my first and last time eating from here.

Wow! Nothing but bad reviews for this Chipotle location. Maybe this was a fluke or customer service actually improved. I swung by on a Friday night which is like "what the hell are you thinking" kinda thing. Yes, there was a long line and I almost thought about leaving. However, I wasn't in the mood to drive around for take-out in the bitter cold. Amazingly, the line moved decently. Almost everyone who wasn't doing anything were at the assembly line with a smile on their face. The front door just needs to be repaired. You can get in but you cannot get out and you have to move over to the other doors to exit. Man, was I full! Just the way to spend Friday night...in a food coma. And, that's alright with me.

I am taking out time to review this place because...well...this Chiptole brings down all other Chipotles! I need to let my PGC yelpers know about this! I'm bummed because it is convenient for me, but I would rather drive 15 more minutes to a 'better' Chipotle (and often do). That is a darn shame. This particular location needs help fast. It's unfortunate because it is in a great location and "everyone" loves Chipotle, but I remember actually being embarrassed I took a friend and her young sons here. The fact that it is an awkward space with oddly placed seating doesn't help either. It's slow. They are *super-skimpy* with the portions (and I don't even eat/ask for that much - the finished product just always looks so skimpy!). It's a shame. Go to the nearby Chik-fil-A instead (if it's not Sunday...)

There's a theme with these posts and I'll follow it: the customer service needs a lot of work. The line is ridiculously long and the staff is often frazzled due to trying to serve tons of people. They seem to need more staff to help with preparing the food. Having two cashiers would definitely help as well. The food is pretty good though but due to the staff being overwhelmed, the presentation suffers and the food ends up being sloppily prepared.

This location continues to disappoint me....not sure why I keep tryn but its most convenient to my house. Tonight I was compelled to write because I was so disappointed in my salad/bowl. Everybody knows that chipotle is consistent wherever you go but this salad had zero flavor. The chicken was so bland, and they seemed to have changed the recipe of the salad dressing. I swear I could barely eat it, kept dumping salt and pepper trying to make it work. To stand in a long line which is notoriously slow at this location and then have a boring tasteless salad was such a buzz kill, let alone a waste of money and time after work.

This is by far the worst Chipotle on the West Coast... and no... I'm not exaggerating... The people that work there have horrible attitudes... they rush your food... put item in your burrito that you didn't ask for... then get mad when you tell them you didn't want that... I had to let one girl know... look... I didn't ask you to work here... start my burrito over... now... needless to say I will NEVER visit here again... not to mention the rice is ALWAYS undercooked... i damn near broke a tooth...

The line is long and slow. The food is bland. Also the amount of online orders cause this place to become a mess. My wife and I became separated by three online orders. It just seemed generally disordered the whole time we were there. I ordered the barbacoa and it was mild at best. It had no flavor. My wife's chips tasted over cooked. I will never come back to this location.

Line was out the door and normally Chipotle lines go quick but not this one. I'm glad I left the line because the Jamaican restaurant a couple doors down was great!

This was my first visit to a Chipotle and I arrived with decent expectations based on how much I've heard people rave about it. I was sadly disappointed. I realize this location just recently opened but their customer service was well below average. The line moved at a snails pace. Why? The staff was more concerned with fulfilling their online and faxed orders rather than paying any attention to their in-house guests. When I first reached the counter, I was signaled to order by a stare from the man behind the counter. No can I help you? I guess not. I began with "I'll have hard tacos please." He picked up the soft tortillas and placed them on the warmer. My husband pipped up and corrected him. As my basket of hard shells got passed to the next worker of the assembly line, things really went downhill. All of the sudden my shells were filled with things I didn't request. My husband's soft shells were pushed along also. The team of workers went full frenzy into ONLY preparing an online order. These are the moments a simple "we apologize for the wait" or "excuse us while we fill this other order" or any communication from behind the counter would go a long way. We stood there for a long time waiting for them to even look at us again. Meanwhile, the line of waiting customers stretched all the way to the door. Eventually, once they finally finished doing whatever it was they were doing behind the counter, the meat girl looked at me, signaling it was time for me to specify what I wanted. Finally! I kept eyes on my order the whole time so it didn't get packed up in whatever else they were preparing. We paid. We ate. The food was just ok. I can't believe this place made Taco Bell look more appealing.

Most Chipotle restaurant I have been to has a line at the door. Usually the line moves at a great pace. Well, not this location. The line stayed at at standstill for entirely too long. So long in fact little old ladies had to sit down and ask for their place to be held in line. I have no idea what the staff was doing, but their efficiency needs to improve. That was my first an probably last visit to this location.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
